Barack Obama

Now we South Africans are a partisan bunch – so we will always believe that Nelson Mandela (Madiba) is the absolute best.

That said, we can only say what a lucky nation you are to have a fellow like Barack Obama now in charge. His inaugural address was inspirational not only to Americans but yes, to the whole world. Back to hard work, back to sound values, a genuine respect and appreciating the value of all your citizens.  So from this little place called Darling on the West Coast  of South Africa, we say “Enjoy the ride and God Bless.”
