Chardonnay 2010: “NBC” – Nothing but Chardonnay. The high integrity of flavour that only great grapes, gently crushed, unwooded and unhurried, can produce. An elegant and charming wine, which, like a good book, will be hard to put down.
Semillon 2010: Lemon, lime, lees with almond backing. Full but elegant in the mouth with flavours as the nose promised with addition of red apple and hints of nettle.
Shiraz Cabernet 2009: Ripe, red berry fruit on the nose with hints of plum, strawberry and cherry. Elegant with fine balance.
Carignan 2009 A rich, full bodied wine with luxurious aromas of red fruits, vanilla and dark chocolate.
